Ally Strategy Consulting supports leaders to achieve their strategic vision and increase their impact through organizational consulting, strategic planning and leadership development and coaching.
We specialize in social impact organizations focused on improving the health and well-being of individuals and communities and on reducing the impact of climate change.
Based in the Pacific Northwest, we work with government agencies, non-profits and for-profit clients across the nation as well as in our own backyard; Washington State.

Recent clients include the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) and several health districts and departments in Washington State.

Jennifer Pancholi
Founder & Principal
Jennifer Pancholi has a deep commitment to supporting public health and other social impact leaders. She has a background in strategy, public policy, project management and leadership coaching. Her 20+ year career has spanned positions in federal government, health care policy research, global health and development and non-profit management. Prior to founding Ally Strategy Consulting, Jennifer provided strategic guidance and technical assistance to rural and semi-urban public health departments, with a focus on facilitating strategic planning, workforce development, community health assessment and engagement.
She has a BA from Bowdoin College and a Masters in Public Health, as well as a Masters in International Development, both from George Washington University. Jennifer has served on multiple boards, including Raising Resilience, a non-profit aimed at increasing youth resilience, the Montessori County School of Bainbridge Island and the San Carlos Education Foundation.
