Join a group of colleagues from local health jurisdictions across the state who are interested in exploring leadership frameworks and tools critical to their work in public health. Build relationships with colleagues to help you grow and thrive as you face similar leadership issues.

Learn and discuss leadership frameworks and tools in areas such as:

The cycle of change - anticipating and responding to resistance in the process of change

Creating positive work culture through appreciative inquiry

Identifying and overcoming the inner critic and its impact on how we show up in our work

Sessions will incorporate a combination of didactic presentations, activities to engage more deeply with concepts and tools and facilitated conversations. Sessions will be held via Zoom with additional resources and opportunities to connect provided through a private LinkedIn group.

Cohort members can add 6 months of 1:1 coaching to address personal growth edges and/or challenges for an additional cost.

Cost
-$6,500/year for leadership cohort OR
-$9,500 for cohort and 6 months coaching

Meet the Facilitator: Jennifer Pancholi
Jennifer Pancholi has a deep commitment to supporting public health leaders. She has a background in strategy, public policy, program management and leadership development. Her 20+ year career has spanned positions in federal government, health care policy research, global health and development and non-profit management. Prior to founding Ally Strategy Consulting, Jennifer provided strategic guidance and technical assistance to rural and semi-urban public health departments, with a focus on facilitating strategic planning, workforce development, community health assessment and engagement.
Her clients include the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO), public health jurisdictions across WA state and the Rippleworks Foundation. She has a Masters in Public Health from George Washington University and is a certified leadership coach.
